DIGITAL SERVICES ACT

At 2Mobile d.o.o. we strive to ensure that our messaging solutions are secure, reliable and trustworthy. The dissemination of illegal content of any kind within our messaging solutions is prohibited. Illegal content is any content that does not comply with applicable regulations, such as:


  • sharing photographs that depict child sexual abuse,
  • hate speech or terrorist content or unlawful discriminatory content,
  • unlawful sharing of private photographs without consent,
  • unauthorised use of copyrighted material,
  • sale of non-compliant or counterfeit products,
  • selling products or providing services that violate consumer protection laws,
  • illegal supply of accommodation services or illegal sale of live animals.


As a provider of messaging solutions, we do not actively monitor information transmitted or stored through our solutions. We also do not actively search for facts or circumstances that indicate illegal activity by our service recipients. However, if we become aware of illegal content through a decision of a competent authority, we will take all necessary measures in accordance with the decision.

In accordance with Article 15 of the Digital Services Act, we will publish reports on this website once a year.
