At 2Mobile doo, we strive to make our messaging solutions safe, reliable and trustworthy. The distribution of any illegal content is prohibited within our messaging solutions. Illegal content is any content that does not comply with applicable regulations, such as:
- sharing photos depicting child sexual abuse,
- hate speech or terrorist content or unlawful discriminatory content,
- unlawful exchange of private photos without consent,
- unauthorized use of copyrighted material,
- online stalking,
- selling non-compliant or counterfeit products,
- selling products or providing services that violate consumer protection laws,
- illegal provision of accommodation services or illegal sale of live animals.
As a provider of messaging solutions, we do not actively monitor information transmitted or stored through our solutions. We also do not actively search for facts or circumstances that indicate illegal activity by service recipients. However, if we become aware of illegal content through a decision of a competent authority, we will take all necessary measures in accordance with the decision.
